Burning a CD using Apple's Disc Burner Software

Disc Burner is the software that we use in the LA5 373 lab. While it does a fine job burning CD-R's I do not recommend Using CD-RW's with it.

1. insert a blank CD-R into the CD. The top right button on the keyboad opens the CD tray in our lab.
2. A dialog box will appear asking if you want to prepare this disc for burning. Give the CD a name and then click OK. A CD-R icon will appear on your desktop.
3. Copy the files you want to burn onto the CD-R icon.
4. Highlight the CD-R icon by clicking it once.
5. In the menu bar select Special, then Burn CD-R
6. That's it!
